I've spent 6 years designing tools people have to use and making sure they don't hate doing it. At TCS, that meant enterprise-scale tools and AI-powered platforms where the margin for confusion is zero. Before that, at Sorted Pixel in Pune, it was agency work fast, varied, and client-facing.
What I've learned: enterprise UX isn't about making things pretty. It's about making complexity disappear. Every project I take on starts with understanding who's actually going to sit in front of this screen, what they're under pressure to do, and where the current experience is quietly failing them.
I work end-to-end: research, IA, design systems, prototyping, and handoff. And yes, I've integrated AI tools Figma AI, Claude, ChatGPT into my workflow in ways that actually save time, not just as a talking point.
