PromptCV is a web-based AI job search copilot built to help candidates create stronger application materials and manage their job search from one dashboard. The platform brings together resume building, ATS scoring, cover letter generation, recruiter outreach, and application tracking into a single streamlined experience.


Problem

Job seekers often use disconnected tools for resumes, cover letters, ATS checks, and application tracking, which creates friction and slows down momentum. This fragmented process makes it harder to tailor applications consistently and understand overall job-search progress.

Solution

I designed PromptCV as an integrated AI workflow for job seekers. Users can create ATS-optimized resumes, analyze how well a resume matches a job, generate tailored cover letters, write recruiter outreach messages, and monitor application progress through a central dashboard.

  The product experience is structured around clarity, speed, and motivation. The dashboard surfaces key stats, recent activity, and quick actions up front so users can immediately understand where they stand and what to do next.

  I focused on turning a stressful, repetitive process into a guided workflow with visible progress signals. Features such as recent activity, ATS performance, and application stages help users stay organized while also reinforcing a sense of momentum.
